Perfectly positioned in the heart of Egypt’s beautiful Sa7el, with borders that stretch from the Wadi El-Natroun Road to El Dabaa, and embraced by kilometers of pristine white sandy beaches dotted with spectacular residential developments, New Alamein is set to become one of the most celebrated new developments in the region, with stunning designs and integrated technology of the highest standards which will create what is called a fourth-generation city. New Alamein is poised to transform the summer playground of Sa7el into a year round home for millions of residents, offering housing options tailored to a range of budgets in addition to a number of global projects, from business and international trade centers to residential towers and luxurious resorts.
The healthy beachside lifestyle is expected to draw residents from the country’s crowded capital, as well as from other points around the region. It aligns itself with the concept of an open-to-the-public tourism city, in contrast to the private resorts spread across the coast in either direction. Part of the plan involves the construction of 15,500 hotel apartments spread across an area of 285 feddans.
Hotels and the Arab Contractors
Company, while social housing
units are being constructed by The
Ministry of Housing and Armed
Forces Engineering Authority.
The
Urban Communities Authority and
the Engineering Authority have
jointly established the city’s facilities,
from a water station, infrastructure
and sewage, to electricity networks.
The city has also been equipped
with a desalination plant, to provide
drinking water suitable for human
consumption.
Approximately 30 developers have
been granted permits to move forward
with the construction of hotels for
30,000 rooms, creating one of the
most desirable vacation spots in Egypt.
Many of these units are in high-rise
buildings along the beach, with towers
already under construction including
the North Edge Towers and The Gate
projects.
New Alamein will include three
universities and a “city of culture
and arts” with a Roman Theater,
studio complexes, an opera hall, an
archeological area and a cinema
complex. The city includes a coastal
sector, a hotel neighborhood, a
city center, distinctive residential
neighborhoods, a conference
center, the Gardens of Al Alamein
neighborhood, tourist housing, a Lake
District, and exhibition grounds.

Consisting of 44 floors with a range of studios and four-bedroom apartments, the two grand pinnacles stand on a 5-floor podium filled with amenities and services for the homeowners of the towers.
A full-service city, the 40 buildings, providing 1320 housing units residential units, feature sophisticated designs, and are equipped with central air conditioning, private garages, elevators, escalators and Wi-Fi. It boasts major shopping centers, a diverse range of restaurants and cafes, as well as outdoor venues for parties and birthdays.
