“Until this day I keep learning from the Broker Owners, Agents and my team at the headquarters that opportunities have no limits. Our growth is endless.” were the words of the founder, and CEO of RE/MAX Egypt and UAE Khaled Nasser during his speech at RE/MAX Egypt’s 11th Annual Convention.

To mark 11 years of fulfilling dreams and changing lives, we RE/MAX Egypt, have proudly hosted our 11th Annual Convention at the end of February 2024 at the magnificent Four Seasons Nile Plaza Hotel recognizing the achievement of our network. Our family is flourishing, eagerly anticipating continual expansion with each passing year. Our Most Valuable Players (MVPs) have thrived, embodying the essence of true value within RE/MAX Egypt. Their pivotal role propels our growth; without them, progress halts. It's a straightforward equation at RE/MAX: we invest in our agents, and they emerge as our invaluable assets. Throughout the past year, they've exhibited unwavering determination and commitment, surpassing expectations amidst Egypt's economic adversities. Hence, it's imperative for us to reciprocate their dedication.

“The first thing I want to celebrate is your courage. Your courage to look fear from this business in the eye and challenge it. You decided to take a chance and you decided to succeed.” Nasser.

After 11 years of huge successes, RE/MAX Egypt has undergone remarkable growth, establishing itself as one of Egypt's largest and most rapidly expanding networks. With a presence in seven distinct governorates, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Dakahlia, Assiut, Red Sea, and Damietta, it has facilitated the establishment of over 40 offices. Boasting a roster of more than 800 extensively trained real estate agents, RE/MAX Egypt stands as the nation's foremost real estate network. “We are the only real estate company in Egypt that focuses greatly on growing its only asset which are the agents. The only asset in this company is the people!”

Despite facing various market challenges as the country goes through economic instabilities, RE/MAX Egypt has consistently achieved notable success, evidenced by its impressive volume of sales year after year. In 2023 alone, the company achieved a remarkable milestone, surpassing 11.4 billion Egyptian pounds in volume of sales.

At the 11th Annual Convention, we celebrated our Most Valuable Players from all over the country, presenting nearly double the number of awards compared to last year. And it's absolutely essential to emphasize how much each and every award was truly earned for there was true grit put into it!

It was a spectacular night from the moment it started with an upbeat percussion show on display in the entrance just outside the main hall while all of our award winners were displayed on screens in the background. During this performance everyone got the chance to take memorable photos together in a RE/MAX themed set area.

Initiating the main event celebrating RE/MAX’s achievements, was a video presentation that highlighted the transformative impact of the RE/MAX model on franchise owners and agents alike over the past year.

First speech of the night was given on screen by the Senior Vice President of Global Development of RE/MAX World Headquarters Shawna Gilbert congratulating Egypt’s Broker Owners and Agents for “making a difference in the lives of your clients. You provided them with incredible service and you helped make home ownership possible. You helped them find the most important place in their lives. The place they get to call home.”

Her speech was the most inspirational and motivational stressing upon that in RE/MAX “not only can you expect more, but you will receive more” and upon the significance of teamwork as she said “together we can take our success to even greater heights. Let's make 2024 a year of unprecedented achievements and growth.”

She ended her words focusing on the importance of our network’s unity for achieving dreams “let’s elevate our standards and make our mark in the real estate world. Let's do this together as the unstoppable brand. This is RE/MAX. We are RE/MAX.”

The night then continued with another welcoming and inspirational speech given by RE/MAX Egypt’s leader Khaled Nasser. His words have set the rest of the night with just the right mood “11 years of constant development and learning. It’s unstoppable. Each year we learn something new and we think of ways to help us develop more for the upcoming year and to grow our network even further.”

Nasser stressed upon our values strongly saying that “in 2024 we want to focus on our values. Each and every one of us needs to think about what we can add to make our clients want to work with us. For every Broker Owner what values do you add to make top agents come and work for your office? As for us in the head office, we constantly consider the values we need to provide our offices and agents so we can nourish the growth of our network.”

It was then time to recap the highlights of 2023 as Nasser and Director of Business Development Rami Nabil took stage to present the most prominent numbers and statistics of the company’s performance in the market over the past year.

Later on in the evening came the time for recognition for everyone's accomplishments over the year 2023. Initially, various awards were presented to acknowledge and appreciate the tremendous efforts of those who contributed to building and supporting the brand. Subsequently, it was a moment to honor the offices, agents, and teams that achieved the highest successes and milestones in 2023.

The leading achievers of the evening in terms of Volume of Sales, was for the first time ever led by a woman, Team Samar Kamal from RE/MAX Avalon in Alexandria, securing the esteemed title of "Top Team of the Year 2023". Additionally, Ismail Khalaf from RE/MAX Professional in Alexandria claimed the title of "Top Agent of the Year 2023" for the first time. Furthermore, RE/MAX Home Masters in Mansoura had the honor of securing the title "Top Office of the Year 2023" for the first time as well.

After the Awards Ceremony it was time for dinner with the family. However, it did not end there just yet! After dinner it was time for the real partying to begin as everyone gathered in front of the stage where an upbeat and talented music band performed. Some hidden talents came to light as we saw great dancing skills unfold!

It was an exceptional and momentous evening, bringing together the entire RE/MAX Egypt network to commemorate its 11th anniversary. Again congratulations to all members who contributed significantly to building RE/MAX Egypt; their efforts were pivotal to the success and expansion of the brand. Here's to many more years of achievement and progress.
