New Alamein City is one of the newest coastal cities in Egypt. It enjoys a strategic location on the North Coast, within the administrative borders of Marsa Matrouh Governorate, and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

This city was built in 2018 under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to be one of the 4G Cities and to be a luxurious touristic destination for visitors from all over the world throughout all seasons, not just in summer. The Latest News About New Alamein City in 2023

The New Alamein City has witnessed significant development in the last five years, which reflects the government's commitment to improving and finalizing the city’s facilities and infrastructure.

As for the latest news of the city, the recreational zone, strategically located in the middle of the beach towers which includes a garage with huge spaces that can accommodate more than 3,000 cars, has been completed. In addition, the beach area which is a part of the 7 km-long touristic walkway, has also been finalized. And let’s not forget to mention that final works are currently underway in the Latin neighborhood, which is built on an area of 404 acres.

Egypt is now working on implementing a walkway on the lake, near the residential towers, and is constructing the Downtown Towers, which consist of 5 residential towers of high-quality finishing overlooking a wonderful crystal lake. It is worth mentioning that the Mazarine Compound and The Gate Towers by City Edge, and Nord Village by Alcazar are the most important projects in New Alamein City that are currently under-construction.

The New Al-Alamein Festival 2023, the largest entertainment event in the Middle East, was launched under the title "The World is Alamein". It is taking place from July 13 to August 26, attracting about one million visitors from Egypt and all over the world, including public figures, businessmen, investors, and journalists.
